Good to know
How much does laundry cost at Nahati?
Ordinary service is UGX 4,000 per kg (washed and folded, two days), Normal is UGX 5,000 per kg (next day, pressed) and Express is UGX 8,000 per kg (same day, pressed). Duvets, suits and sneakers are priced per item.
Is there a minimum order?
Yes. The minimum is UGX 10,000 for laundry and items, plus pickup and delivery if you use it.
How is the pickup and delivery fee worked out?
UGX 2,500 per kilometre from the branch to you, rounded up to the next whole kilometre, with a minimum of UGX 4,000. One fee covers both pickup and delivery.
How do I know my clothes are safe?
We weigh and count your laundry in front of you, tag the bag with your order number, take photos of any existing damage and count again when packing. You can follow every step on your tracking link.
How do I pay?
Cash, MTN Mobile Money or Airtel Money, at pickup or on delivery.
How long do you keep finished laundry?
Up to 14 days after it is ready. We remind you on WhatsApp several times before then. After 14 days we are no longer responsible for it.
Are you open at night and on weekends?
Yes. Nahati is your anytime laundry: bookings and pickups run every day.
